1 box yellow cake mix
1 lg. box instant chocolate pudding
1 c. water

Combine and mix well. Then add: 1 sm. pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips 1 c. pecans 1 c. minus 1 tbsp. oil

Bake in bundt pan at 350 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes.
