CHOCOLATE CHIP POUND CAKE 
1 box yellow cake mix
1 sm. pkg. vanilla instant pudding mix
3/4 c. oil
4 eggs
1 c. milk
6 oz. pkg. mini chocolate chips
1 (4 oz.) bar German chocolate, grated

Mix all ingredients together except chocolate and chocolate chips. Fold them in. Pour into greased bundt pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes then at 300 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
