PECAN TARTS 
2 c. flour
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/2 lb. butter, room temperature

FILLING:

2 c. brown sugar
3 eggs
3 tbsp. melted butter
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. vanilla
Chopped pecans

Mix cream cheese and butter together. Blend in flour. Roll into ball. Refrigerate while making filling.

Mix all filling ingredients together except pecans.

Roll out dough, small amount at a time to keep chilled. Place in miniature baking tins. Fill tins 1/1 full. Top with chopped pecans. Bake at 400 degrees for about 18 to 20 minutes.
