BING CHERRY SALAD 
1 (No. 2) can Bing cherries, drained & seeded or 1 1/2 c. fresh Bing cherries
1 (No. 2) can crushed pineapple, drained
2 c. juice from fruit & water
1 sm. (3 oz.) pkg. black cherry Jello & 1 sm. (3 oz.) pkg. raspberry Jello
12 oz. Coke or Pepsi
2 sm. pkgs. (3 oz., total 6 oz.) cream cheese
1 c. celery, finely diced (opt.)
1/2 c. flaked coconut
1 c. chopped nuts (I like walnuts, they remain crunchy)

Heat fruit juice and water to boiling. Pour over Jello. Stir until dissolved. Add Coke. Chill until slightly thickened. Break up or beat cream cheese and add to fruit, celery and nuts. Fold into gelatin. Pour into mold and chill until firm. Serves 12.
