BEEF BOLOGNA 
2 lb. lean hamburger
1/4 tsp. mustard seed
2 tbsp. Morton Tender quick (scant)
1 c. water
1 1/2 tsp. liquid smoke
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. onion powder

Mix well. Shape into three 3 x 6 inch rolls. Wrap in saran wrap. Keep in refrigerator for 24 hours. Remove wrap. Lay on rack over pan. Bake in 300 degree oven 1 hour. Will appear to be red when done. Cool. Wrap in foil. Refrigerate or freeze.
