PETITE CREAM CHEESE CAKES | |
Foil cups 2 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened 3/4 c. sugar 2 eggs 1 tbsp. lemon juice 1 tsp. vanilla 20 vanilla wafers 1 pkg. Jello pudding or 1 can Comstock pie filling (lemon or cherry) Soften cream cheese, beat in sugar, eggs, lemon juice and vanilla. Line foil cups with vanilla wafers. Then fill cups with cream cheese mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Cool. Top with 1 tablespoon filling. Makes 20. Refrigerate. |
