CELEBRATION CHEESECAKE 
2 lbs. or 4 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
6 c. milk
4 (3 oz.) pkg. instant Jello pudding

Cut above in half to make 1 cheesecake.

Beat cream cheese until smooth. Add milk a little at a time. Beat as smooth as possible. Add pudding, beat until thickened. Pour over graham cracker crust. Top with 1 can of either blueberry, strawberry, cherry or any pie filling. The larger size can of cherry pie filling covers better or use 1 1/2 cans. Above recipe makes 2 (9x12 inch) pans.

GRAHAM CRACKER CRUST:

1 1/2 c. crushed graham crackers
1/3 c. melted butter
1/3 c. sugar

Mix above and press into 9x12 inch pan. Makes 1 crust.
