CRABMEAT QUICHE 
4 oz. crabmeat
4 oz. shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 c. scallions (green onions)
4 eggs
1/4 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. dry mustard

Combine crabmeat cheese and onion, mix well in greased pie pan. Pat crabmeat mixture firmly. Mix eggs, milk, salt and mustard. Pour over crabmeat. Sprinkle top with paprika. Bake in 400 degree oven for 30 minutes or until quiche sets.
