CRABMEAT QUICHE 
1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. flour
2 beaten eggs
1/2 c. milk
1 2/3 c. frozen crabmeat, diced
8 oz. diced Swiss cheese
1/3 c. chopped scallions
Frozen pie crust

Combine mayonnaise, flour, eggs, milk until blended. Stir in remaining ingredients and pour into pastry. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes (check center with knife) - is done when knife comes out relatively clean!

Serves 8.
