CRABMEAT QUICHE 
6 eggs, beaten
1 frozen deep dish pie crust
1 1/2 c. grated Swiss
1 1/2 c. crabmeat
3/4 c. sauteed onion
Salt and pepper to taste
3/4 c. heavy cream

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Brush crust with a little egg. Bake until lightly browned. Layer crabmeat, onions, then cheese in crust. Add salt, pepper and cream to eggs. Pour over filling. Lower oven to 325 degrees. Bake quiche for 35 minutes or until eggs are set. Serves 6.
