CRUSTLESS CRABMEAT QUICHE 
6-8 oz. crabmeat
3 eggs
1/2 c. Bisquick
1/8 tsp. salt
2 c. Swiss cheese
4 slices of bacon
1/3 c. melted butter
1 1/2 c. milk
Dash pepper
Parsley for garnish

Drain liquid and reserve liquid. Break up crabmeat. Fry bacon; drain and crumble. Beat together eggs, Bisquick, butter, milk, crabmeat liquid, salt, and pepper until smooth.

Pour into 9-inch pie plate. Sprinkle crabmeat, cheese, and bacon on top. Press down gently. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes. Garnish with parsley sprig.
