CRABMEAT QUICHE 
Pie crust for 2 pies
1 lb. crabmeat
1 c. mayonnaise
4 tbsp. flour
2 eggs, beaten
1 c. milk
16 oz. grated Swiss cheese
1 bunch green onions
Parsley flakes
Salt, pepper, cayenne (to taste)

(Halve the recipe for one quiche.)

Mix well and pour into pie shells. Bake 45 minutes at 325-350 degrees.
