POTATO CHEESE SOUP 
5 c. cubed potatoes
1 c. chopped celery
1 c. chopped carrots
1/2 c. chopped onion
3 c. water
4 chicken bouillon cubes
3/4 c. butter
1/2 c. flour
2 c. half & half
2 c. milk
1 (8 oz.) Cheese Whiz

Cook gently the veggies, water and bouillon. Make a paste with butter and flour. Stir into soup with half and half, milk and cheese. Heat for about 20 minutes. Great soup to serve guests. They always ask for the recipe.
