FIESTA TURKEY PIE 
1 lb. ground turkey
1 c. salsa
1 can (8 oz.) refrigerated crescent rolls
1/4 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese

Cook turkey about 10 minutes until no longer pink and break apart into small pieces. Stir salsa into turkey. Press crescent dough onto sides and bottom and rim of a 9 inch pie plate. Spread turkey mix over crust. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake 18-20 minutes, 400 degree oven.
