4 c. sifted flour
1/2 tsp. salt
4 tsp. baking powder
1 c. butter
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla extract
2 tsp. lemon extract
4 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. unsifted flour
Colored sugar crystals

Test a small amount of dough in cookie press. If dough is too loose, add 1/2 cup flour and mix well.

Sift first 3 ingredients together. Cream butter, sugar, and extract together. Add sifted ingredients alternately with beaten eggs. Mold with cookie press on ungreased baking sheet. Sprinkle molded cookies with sugar crystals. Bake in 400 degree oven for 10 minutes. Makes 6 dozen.
