PRETZELS (SOFT) 
1 packet yeast
1 1/2 c. warm water
1 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. sugar
4 c. flour
1 egg

Dissolve yeast in water, add salt and sugar. Add flour and mix. Make shapes; sprinkle with large salt crystals. Bake at 425 degrees for 12-15 minutes.

For toppings, you can also use mustard or dip in melted Cheez Whiz.
