POTATO SOUP WITH DUMPLINGS 
1 c. diced celery
6 med. potatoes, diced
2 c. water
1 med. onion, chopped
2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
3 c. milk
1/4 c. butter

Cook celery and potatoes in 2 cups water until tender. Melt butter in saucepan and add onion; cook until tender. Add salt, pepper, celery, potatoes and milk to onions and butter. Heat until hot; do not boil.

DUMPLINGS:

1 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 egg
1/2 c. milk
Aunt Jane's Crazy Mixed Up Salt (to taste)
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder

Add ingredients together and mix well. Drop by tablespoonfuls into potato soup. Turn heat down, cover and simmer about 15-20 minutes.
