CHOCOLATE ZUCCHINI CAKE 
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. oil
1 3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 c. grated unpeeled zucchini
1 tsp. vanilla
2 1/2 c. flour
1/4 c. cocoa
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. sour milk or buttermilk
3/4 c. chocolate chips
3/4 c. nuts

Cream butter, oil and sugar. Add eggs, beat well. Add zucchini and vanilla. Sift flour, cocoa, soda, and salt. Add flour mixture alternately with sour milk or buttermilk. (To make sour milk, add 1/2 cup milk to 1 tablespoon vinegar.) Sprinkle chocolate chips and nuts over batter and bake. Grease and flour 9x13 inch pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour.
