1 can Bacardi frozen pina colada mix Sweet champagne or asti 1 scoop pineapple sherbet 1-2 pineapple rings Ice Put the pina colada mix in a blender and add an equal amount of champagne. Add the sherbet and pineapple. Blend. Slowly add ice while blending until the drink is as thick as you like. Serve in large wine classes with fresh pineapple or cherries as a garnish. Non-alcoholic versions can be made by using 7-Up, cherry 7-Up, ginger ale, fruit juice, fruit sodas, etc. |
