CHILI-CHEESE CORNBREAD 
1/2 lb. chorizos or pepperoni
2 c. flour
1 1/2 c. corn meal
1/3 c. sugar
2 tbsp. baking powder
1 1/2 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1 c. milk
1/2 c. oil
1/2 c. sour cream
6 oz. Cheddar cheese
1 (4 oz.) can green chilies, chopped

Mix dry ingredients. Beat wet ingredients together. Combine wet, dry and add chorizo's, cheese and green chilies. Pour into greased pan and cook for 45 minutes at 375 degrees.
