SWEET POTATO CASSEROLE 
2 eggs
3 c. cooked sweet potatoes, mashed
3/4 stick butter
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 can condensed milk
1/2 tsp. cinnamon

TOPPING:

3/4 stick butter
1 c. crushed corn flakes
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1/2 c. brown sugar

Mix potato mixture. Bake at 425 degrees for 15 minutes. Mix topping ingredients and spread on top. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes.
