CORN PUDDING 
3 eggs, slightly beaten
1/4 c. butter, melted
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
17 oz. can cream-style corn
17 oz. can whole-kernel corn, undrained
8 1/2 oz. pkg. corn bread mix

Combine first 7 ingredients; stir well. Bake in well greased shallow 2 quart casserole at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until set. Garnish with parsley, pimento strips.
