COUNTRY CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
1 c. milk
1/2 c. salad dressing
1 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed
2 c. cubed, cooked chicken or turkey
1 (10 oz.) frozen peas and carrots, cooked and drained
5 oz. spaghetti, cooked and drained
1 tbsp. chopped chives or green onions

Combine milk and salad dressing. Add Velveeta cheese. Heat over low heat, stirring until smooth. Add remaining ingredients; mix well. Pour into 2 quart casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes. Serves 6-8.
