HOT TURKEY CASSEROLE 
1 can cream of chicken soup
3/4 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. chopped turkey or chicken
1 c. cooked rice
3 hard cooked eggs
1/4 c. diced celery
2 tbsp. chopped onion

Mix all ingredients together in a large mixing bowl. Pour contents in a 7 x 11 inch casserole dish. Top with 1 cup of corn flakes. Drizzle 2 tablespoons melted butter over the top. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes or until brown.
