RAINBOW SALAD 
14 oz. 7-UP
8 oz. mini-marshmallows
Lg. pkg. lime Jello
12 oz. pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese
20 oz. can crushed pineapple
4 c. prepared Dream Whip (not Cool Whip)
1 c. pure mayonnaise

Mix 7-UP with marshmallows. Heat 7-UP to melt marshmallows. Remove from heat. Add 1 large package lime Jello. Stir to dissolve. Get cream cheese to room temperature, then add to mixture. Put mixture into a mixer and mix until smooth. Add crushed pineapple, juice and all. Place in refrigerator until partially set. When almost set, fold in 4 cups prepared Dream Whip. Then fold in 1 cup pure mayonnaise. Chill overnight, or for several hours.
