QUICK LASAGNE 
1/2 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 lg. clove garlic, minced
2 tsp. oregano
2 cans tomato soup
1/2 c. water
2 tsp. vinegar
1 pt. cottage cheese
1/2 lb. Mozzarella cheese
Parmesan cheese, grated
1/2 lb. plain lasagne noodles, cooked and drained

In a saucepan brown beef and cook onion, 1 garlic and oregano. Add soup, vinegar and water then simmer 30 minutes, stir occasionally. In a shallow baking dish, arrange 3 alternate layers of noodles, cottage cheese, meat sauce and Mozzarella cheese. Top with Parmesan cheese and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Let stand 15 minutes. Cut and serve.
