GENTLEMAN'S COFFEE CAKE 
2 1/2 c. flour
1 c. chopped nuts
1 c. white sugar
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. oil
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/3 tbsp. vinegar
1 c. milk
1 egg, well beaten
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda

Mix flour, nuts, sugars, oil and cinnamon. Reserve 1 cup of mixture for topping. Sour milk by adding vinegar. Add soured milk, egg, salt and soda to flour mixture. Pour into greased and floured 13 x 9 inch pan. Sprinkle on reserved topping. Bake in 350 degree oven for 30 to 35 minutes.
