SOUR CREAM COFFEE CAKE 
1/2 c. butter
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 c. sour cream (if you would like the cake more moist, use 1 c. whipping cream with 1 tablespoon vinegar added)
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder

TOPPING AND FILLING:

1/2 c. brown sugar
1 c. walnuts, chopped
1 tsp. cinnamon

Mix together softened butter, sugar, eggs, sour cream and vanilla. Mix flour, soda and baking powder together and add to the above. Pour 1/2 batter in 9 x 13 inch pan. Spread 1/2 filling mixture on top. Then pour remaining batter on top and the rest of the topping.
