MOM'S CRANBERRY SAUCE 
1 bag cranberries
1 c. water
1-2 c. sugar
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped walnuts

Combine first 3 ingredients in a saucepan. Over high heat, stir until boiling. Lower heat and simmer until berries pop and sauce thickens (about 15 minutes). Add celery and walnuts. Chill before serving.
