MEATBALLS IN DILL SAUCE 
2 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. minced onion
1/2 c. butter
1 c. fine bread crumbs
3 c. milk
4 eggs
1 tbsp. dill weed
4 tsp. salt
Pepper
1/2 tsp. allspice
4 tbsp. flour
2 c. sour cream
2 c. beef or chicken broth

Saute on in some butter until tender. Combine meat, onion, crumbs, milk, eggs, salt, pepper, and allspice. Beat well with electric mixer; chill. Form small balls and brown in remaining butter. Place meatballs in heated dish. Add flour to pan; mix well and add sour cream and broth (can use bouillon cubes). Heat until thick. Add dill. Pour over meatballs. Can be made ahead, mixed together and reheated. Serves 12-16 people.
