RED CABBAGE 
1 head red cabbage, cored and shredded
1 onion, peeled and thinly sliced
1 apple, peeled and chopped
1 potato, peeled and finely chopped
1 c. cider vinegar
1 c. dry red wine or water
1/3 c. brown Sugar Twin
3 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 tsp. ground allspice

Combine all ingredients in large pot. Bring to boil, turn down heat and simmer 30 minutes, stirring occasionally, until cabbage is tender.
