1 Duncan Hines yellow cake mix
11 oz. can mandarin oranges (undrained)
1/2 c. oil
4 eggs

Mix together for approximately two minutes. Pour into greased and floured cake pans.

Bake at 350°F approximately 20 minutes.

Icing:

1 can crushed pineapple (undrained)
1 tbsp. sugar
1 box cream cheese cake mix (do not use crust part)
8 oz. sour cream
8 oz. Cool Whip

Mix together first four ingredients then fold in 8 ounces Cool Whip.
