ENGLISH PEA CASSEROLE 
2 cans English peas, drained
1 1/2 cans cream of chicken soup
2 boiled eggs
1 c. grated cheese
1 sm. jar pimento, chopped
1 can Durkee's onion rings
1 can water chestnuts

Mix all with fork, except onion rings. Bake until bubbly at 375 degrees. Take out and cover with Durkee's French fried onion rings and bake until onions brown.
