SPINACH QUICHE 
1 pkg. crescent roll dough
2 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped spinach, cooked and drained
1 lb. ricotta cheese
1 lb. Mozzarella cheese, grated
2 eggs
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese

Press dough into bottom of pie plate, leaving dough overhanging the sides of the plate. Mix all of the other ingredients together and pour into the pie plate. Cover with the overhanging dough. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
