3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
6 tbsp. cocoa
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. vanilla
2 tbsp. vinegar
3/4 c. oil
2 c. cold water
Nuts

Mix dry ingredients together. Add liquids and mix well. Add nuts. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes.
