KLUSE (HUNGARIAN NOODLES) | |
2 c. flour 2 eggs 1 c. water 1 tsp. salt Beat all ingredients with a wooden spoon until the dough is soft and bubbles form. Make dough somewhat stiff. Cut with a spoon into boiling salted water. Let noodles boil until they rise to the top and boil for 5 minutes. Drain and serve with chicken or with fried cabbage. |
