CHERRY JELL-O 
1 can plums, skinned & mashed
1 sm. pkg. cherry Jell-O
1 sm. can crushed pineapple
1/2 c. sugar

Use juice of crushed pineapple and plum juice to make 1 cup of juice. Bring to a boil. Add Jell-O and sugar. Skin and mash plums, mixing with pineapple and 1/2 cup nuts. Pour half of mixture in bowl and let Jell-O jell. Then spread 1 small carton of sour cream over jelled mixture. Pour remaining mixture over the sour cream and let jell again.
