1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 env. taco mix seasoning
1 c. (4 oz.) chopped green chilies
1 1/4 c. milk
3/4 c. Jiffy mix
3 eggs
2 tomatoes, sliced
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

Brown beef and onion; drain and add taco seasoning. Put in 10 inch greased quiche dish or pie plate. Sprinkle green chilies on top.

Beat eggs, milk and baking mix until smooth. Pour over chilies and bake at 400 degrees for 25 minutes. Cover with sliced tomatoes. Then cheese. Return to oven for 8-10 minutes. Garnish top with chopped tomatoes and lettuce.
