Granny Old - Fashioned Cake - Recipe

GRANNY OLD - FASHIONED CAKE

2 c. flour
2 c. crushed pineapple
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking soda
2 eggs
1 c. walnuts

ICING:

6 oz. cream cheese
1/2 c. butter
1 1/2 or 2 c. confectioners' sugar
1 tbsp. vanilla

Whip cream cheese and butter together. Add sugar and vanilla. Beat well.

Stir all ingredients together well. Pour into greased 9 x 12 inch pan and bake in 350 degree oven about 35 or 40 minutes. When cool, frost with icing.
