ROLLS 
1 c.milk
1 cube butter
4 c. flour
3 eggs
1/2 c. sugar
3/4 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. yeast
1/4 c. lukewarm water

Scald milk. Add butter. Cool to room temperature. Dissolve yeast in water. Blend into milk mixture.

Mix in bowl, flour, eggs, sugar and salt. Combine with milk mixture. Knead until thoroughly mixed. Refrigerate until used. Form balls. Let rest. Bake 30 minutes at about 325-350 degrees.
