SPINACH ROLL 
1 loaf frozen Bridgeford French bread

Thaw bread and spread dough with fingers on oiled cookie sheet into a rectangle.

Remove casings from 4 Italian sausage (2 hot, 2 mild); brown in skillet and drain off fat. 1/2 c. chopped onion 1 box frozen spinach

Add garlic and onion and brown with meat. Thaw and drain spinach, lay on top of the meat mixture. Cover and steam 5 to 10 minutes. Place in bowl and let cool. Drain off excess liquid. 3/4 c. Parmesan cheese Salt & pepper to taste

Combine and add to spinach mixture. Mix well and spread on dough. Roll as for jelly roll. Cut slits in top. Beat 1 egg white and spread on top. Sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes.
