MIAMI ORANGE CHICKEN 
6 boneless beast of chicken halves
Salt & pepper to taste
Garlic powder to taste
1/2 c. orange marmalade
6 tbsp. butter
1 lg. orange, cut into 6 slices, peeled

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Wash and dry chicken pieces. Place in large, flat baking dish. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and garlic powder to taste. Spread orange marmalade on each piece of chicken. Top each piece with a tablespoon of butter. Lay an orange slice on top of butter. Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Uncover and bake 10 to 15 minutes more. Yield: 6 servings.
