3/4 c. instant grits
3 c. water

1/2 stick butter
1 tsp. Tabasco
3/4 tbsp. Lawry seasoned salt
1 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 lb. sharp grated cheese (save some for top)

Beat 2 eggs and add gradually to hot mixture. Bake in greased casserole for 30 minutes at 400 degrees. Top with cheese; sprinkle with paprika.
