SCALLOPED CORN | |
1 sm. can whole kernel corn, drained 1 #2 lg. can cream corn 1 c. milk 1 well beaten egg 3/4 tsp. salt 1/8 tsp. pepper 1 1/2 c. crushed cracker crumbs 2 tsp. butter Heat corn and milk. Gradually add egg and seasonings. Add 1 cup plus cracker crumbs; mix well. Pour in greased casserole dish. Sprinkle 1/2 cup crumbs over the top and top with melted butter. Bake 1/2 hour at 350 degrees. |
