SCALLOPED CORN BAKE 
1 can whole kernel corn
1 can cream style corn
1 1/4 c. milk
1 3/4 c. cracker crumbs
1 sm. onion, chopped
3 tbsp. chopped green pepper
2-3 tbsp. chopped pimiento
Salt & pepper
2 tbsp. butter

Combine corn and milk. Add cracker crumbs, onion, green pepper, pimiento, salt and pepper. Pour into 2 quart baking dish. Dot with butter. Bake 30 to 40 minutes at 350 degrees. Serves 8 to 10.
