TUNA LOAF
STIR 'N ROLL BISCUIT DOUGH:

1 1/3 c. sifted flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. salad oil
1/2 c. milk

STUFFING:

7 oz. can flaked tuna (or cooked chicken, ham or veal)
1/2 c. diced celery
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. finely chopped onion
1/4 tsp. salt

WHITE SAUCE/CHEESE SAUCE:

2 to 3 tbsp. butter
2 to 3 tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. milk
May add 1/2 c. grated cheese to hot sauce to make cheese sauce

Heat oven to 450 degrees. Make stir'n roll biscuits. Sift dry ingredients together into a bowl. Pour oil and milk into measuring cup (don't stir). Then pour all at once into flour. Stir with fork until mixture cleans sides of bowl. Roll out into oblong, 1/4 inch thick, between sheets of waxed paper.

Mix rest of ingredients. Spread on dough. Roll up beginning at wide side; seal by pinching edge of dough into roll. Place sealed edge under on baking sheet. Bake 15 to 20 minutes. Slice and serve, pour white sauce over top or cheese sauce. To make: melt butter in saucepan; blend in flour and salt and let bubble up together. Take off heat, add milk all at once; cook over low-medium heat, stirring constantly until thickened (may add cheese to make cheese sauce).
