TOMATO ASPIC 
1 pkg. lemon Jello
2 c. V-8 juice
Chopped celery
Chopped olives

Heat 1 cup V-8 juice and dissolve Jello. Add other cup of juice. Add celery and olives to your liking. Pour into shallow pan to congeal. Cut in squares and serve on lettuce. 6 to 8 servings.
