GREEK SALAD 
Romaine lettuce
Iceberg lettuce
Tomatoes
Cucumbers
Feta cheese
Lemons
Olive oil
Salt & pepper
Black olives
Celery
Pepperoni peppers

Tear lettuce in bite size pieces. Arrange in long shallow dish. Top with cucumber and tomato slices. Slice celery against the grain. Add to salad. Crumble pieces of feta cheese over all (use as much as you like). Arrange black olives and pepperoni, around edges. Drizzle olive oil over all. Squeeze lemon juice over all (don't let seeds get into salad). Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Serve with dark bread or crackers.
