GREEN CHILE SKILLET SUPPER | |
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef 1 med. onion, finely chopped 1 clove garlic, minced 2 med. potatoes, peeled and diced 1 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. pepper 1/4 tsp. cumin 1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce 3 cans water (using tomato sauce can) 1 (12 oz.) can whole kernel corn 2/3 c. chopped green chile, fresh or frozen (or 1 can chopped green chile) Brown ground beef. Add onion, garlic, and potatoes. Cook until onions are transparent. Add tomato sauce, water, corn, green chile, salt, pepper, and cumin. Simmer 1 hour. |
