CHRISTMAS PIE 
1 (6 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 stick butter
1 tbsp. water
4 c. Special K cereal
Peppermint ice cream

Melt butter and chocolate chips in a large boiler. Add water. Mix cereal thoroughly in chocolate mixture. Place in two 9 inch pie plates, press with a wooden spoon. Chill in refrigerator. When ready to serve, fill crusts with peppermint ice cream. May be substituted for favorite ice cream.
